what you’ll be doing
Working in a fast paced environment, your database, analytical and problem solving skills will be put to the test resolving issues across all of our data driven solutions. You will be responsible for supporting a wide variety of systems, such as the software that helps our finance team keep track of millions of pounds worth of transactions, the systems our customers use to place orders, and the applications which manage the logistics of our lorries on the road, delivering all of those lovely drinks.
You’ll troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for end users, working with teams across the business as well as external providers. You will also get involved in creating technical documentation, testing, and deploying enhancements.
Our IT team works from our London head office, but as well as supporting people here at Fruit Towers you’ll be delivering the same high level of service to all of our users across our other European offices.
You’re someone who loves helping people, with a passion for understanding how things work and learning new systems.
You’ll have a solid understanding of databases and SQL, and enjoy using your strong analysis and problem solving skills to get to the root cause of an issue.
Working on business critical solutions, you’ll need excellent attention to detail, and you’ll be able to explain technical answers in a non-technical way.
You’ll play an integral part in the supporting IT systems at innocent. This is a fantastic opportunity to rapidly learn about a variety of technologies and solutions, and the business processes that they support. You’ll be working closely with loads of different people across the business, as well as liaising with third parties to keep all of our systems running smoothly.
You’ll be a part of a highly motivated team, working with bunch of people who are passionate about what they do and how they do it.
