We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded associate to help our US Delivery Team bring affordable healthcare to all. We want someone who is passionate about transforming healthcare, and hungry to learn and grow in this role. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to work alongside and learn from experienced healthcare and business professionals.
Support delivery team in setting up clinical operations across the United States
Create project management tools, frameworks, and templates to ensure prompt execution of project plans, including monitoring of overall progress
Drive delivery team project management to ensure successful end-to-end implementation of Babylon’s core clinical service offerings
Support process to register and license Babylon to do deliver clinical services in priority expansion states by researching state and Medicaid requirements
Support the development of provider staffing models, and client-specific financial models
Research and synthesize state and client-specific telemedicine regulatory requirements to ensure Babylon delivers clinical services that are fully compliant
Perform research and support set up planning to open local/regional Babylon support offices
Develop market needs assessments on pediatrics and behavioral health telemedicine markets
Work closely with product team to ensure a full understanding of platform functionality, and associated manual processes that need to be carried out by clinical and support staff
Partner with business intelligence team to develop client-specific clinical service reporting metrics and report templates
Support marketing team by performing user segment research and developing plans to increase user adoption
Develop US healthcare market educational guide to help onboard and educate Babylon team members
2-3 years of experience in startup, management consulting, investment banking, or related field is required
Bachelor’s degree, Ivy League is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail
Strong project management skills and experience
Highly resourceful self-learner, with the ability to operate effectively independently
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management, external partners, and customers
Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to pitch in and assist with other projects and share responsibilities on an as needed basis
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google suite of productivity applications
Passionate about making healthcare more accessible and affordable
Must live in the greater New York market, and willing to commute to Brooklyn
Financial modeling experience is a plus
Healthcare and/or tech experience strongly preferred
