We have a great opportunity for a In-house Recruiter to join a growing business located in South Kensington. You will be working for our new Clinical Talent team recruiting for GP’s & Nurses. The role is primarily sourcing great talent and making sure all processes are followed through to ensure candidates receive the best possible service and impression of the business.
Your role is to:
Collate all new applicant information and ensure uploaded into our ATS.
Maintain the ATS and ensure it is always up to date and on-boarding and reporting on this weekly
Arrange interviews, booking interview rooms and sending out confirmations
Upload job adverts onto external websites
Liaise with recruitment companies including managing PSL applications and enquiries
Answer general recruitment enquiries via phone and email, inc managing the recruitment and on-boarding system inbox
Help the compliance and training team by chasing candidates to help speed up the process
Offer candidates the role, prepare of employment contracts and NDAs for new starter packs in a timely manner
Issue rejection letters / acknowledging speculative CVs;
Improve existing and implementing new processes
What we are looking for:
Someone experienced in implementing recruitment process
Healthcare or legal recruitment background (desirable)
Worked for a start-up (desirable)
Professional and polite in all communications (in person/phone/e-mail)
Highly competent in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with advanced Excel skills
