What success will look like?
The right person will improve our Conversion rate on the website or app which will result in driving more registrations by having winning tests implemented on the website or app.
They will also look to design tests to improve other web metrics such as bounce rate, time on site, pages viewed.
What you’ll be doing:
We need someone to design, create and implement an A/B testing program using hypotheses that are based on an analysis of our web analytics data.
You will need to create a CRO roadmap and be able to prioritise test ideas.
You will need to report back to the business on the performance of tests that are in progress or have finished.
You should have experience of influencing key stakeholders across multiple teams to support proposed tests.
You will need to help ensure that any winning tests are successfully implemented onto the main site.
This person will play a key role in driving a culture of experimentation and learning across our entire business.
What we’re looking for:
The role will require a person that has a strong web analytics background with a solid technical knowledge of different testing platforms.
You will have experience of working with qualitative research tools such as Hotjar.
You will ideally have 5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience of A/B testing across both websites and apps.
