You will join the AI Cognition team, building services and data platforms which will be power our next generation of medical knowledge applications. AI Cognition works closely with semantics, ontologies and algorithms which help deliver data and relations to the products that support patients, practitioners and operations within Babylon Health.
You will be building a new distributed database service to underpin data-intensive applications and support an Event Sourcing infrastructure model. As part of the team, you will take responsibility for the development and support of the technologies that will introduce new innovation around digital health records globally.
You will be working closely with our Engineers, making sure they have the tools and skills necessary to easily deal with deployment and testing. You will help us ensure the performance, scalability, and security of our applications and platforms.
Who are you?
Docker holds no secrets from you
You developed for, or operated distributed databases
You have built or operated microservices at scale
You feel comfortable with at least one programming language (Java/Scala/Python/Golang/Ruby or similar)
You have used Ansible, Puppet or Chef extensively
Kubernetes is something you are familiar with
You worked with Kafka and understand it’s distribution and fault-tolerance model
You have used Cassandra
Graph Storage is something that you either worked with already or are interested in
