The post holder will be responsible for providing high quality, effective, integrated administration support service within the Clinical Operations for the Governance area. You will be providing comprehensive support role to the Practice Lead.
Support with the facilitation of Governance meetings, all arrangements, set up, papers and facilities, taking minutes and following up on actions.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality within defined guidelines.
Assist with the administration of the complaints and incidents procedures.
To manage all receiving and recording written and verbal complaints and incidents system
Responding to letters and forms, keeping records of progression and liaising with staff and members of the public.
Maintaining spreadsheets and records, inputting data relating to clinical governance work e.g. policies and guidelines, audits, patient feedback.
To be responsible for the effective management of policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy of content, standardised formatting and presentation of all documents.
Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be required, commensurate with the role, bearing in mind the developing needs and demands of the Company.
Ability to priorities in a fast- paced organisation
Worked for a start-up (desirable)
Experience in PA, Secretarial or similar team support administration roles
Knowledge or experience working in a Clinical environment (desirable)
To work on their own initiative and under pressure
Approachable and professional with proven ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy, being able to work effectively as a team player.
Excellent written skills and attention to detail is a key for this role
Salary: £26,000 -£30,000 (DOE) + including share scheme
