what you’ll be doing
We are looking for a great new finance manager to join our Innovation Finance team to manage our innovation and group marketing plans. The scale and complexity of our business has been growing rapidly as we launch into new markets and formats and this trend is definitely one we want to continue. We need you to help us do that in the right way.
In this role you will be the finance lead on lots of innovation projects- working alongside marketing, commercial and supply to understand the P&L of our innovation pipeline as well as supporting our group marketing plans.
You will provide insight and analysis to make sure we make the best decisions across our portfolio- from launching new products to identifying opportunities on how we can improve the scale and substance of what we currently make too.
You will have an eye for detail and the ability to translate numbers into a story that the whole business can understand- across teams and across regions.
