Babylon is looking for a smart, analytical and data driven Internal Recruiter to join us as we set out to deliver a world class hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. You will be working on several roles at any one time across our Operations function hiring for entry level Customer Support to Team Lead roles.
The role requires an individual who is experience in hiring great talent and applying problem solving mind-set to create great candidate experience, employer branding and recruitment processes. You will manage your key departments of stakeholder groups and figure out how to ensure we are hiring the best talent in the world to join us on our mission to make healthcare accessible to everyone on the planet.
Your role is to:
Handle high volume vacancies across our Clinical Operations Team
Manage end-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing candidates through to managing offers)
Build relationships with your stakeholders and supporting them throughout the hiring process
Create and upload job adverts onto external and company website
Arrange interviews with hiring managers and collecting feedback
Manage all operations vacancies and applications on our ATS (Lever)
Update candidates on the status of their applications in a timely and professional manner
Build and manage relationships with recruitment agency to hire for specialist roles
Conduct market mapping activities and deepening knowledge of key subject areas
Proactively recruiting to provide a talent pipeline for the future
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and troubleshooting sourcing challenges
Support HR with On-boarding candidates and collecting references
Who fits the role?
Previous relevant in-house and/or agency recruitment experience
Conducted an recruitment days to hire in high volume
Pro-active and confident in making decisions
Ability to build and manage strong/challenging stakeholders
Resilient and the able to work in a fast paced environment
Exceptional influencing skills
Organised, responsive & excellent telephone manner
Highly competent in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with advanced Excel skills
Experienced in Boolean search abilities on LinkedIn, Reed or other relevant social platforms
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 pa + Company shares
