Working closely with our Data Analysts, Product Managers and Customer Experience team, you’ll be leading our Market Research efforts. Your work will have a big impact on how we grow, are represented and how many people we can reach. Your efforts will provide the entire company with opportunities for growth, areas to improve on and provide an even better service for our consumers. We’d love for you to establish a consumer insight database for Babylon.
What will you be doing?
Running ad hoc market research studies (both qual and quant) to prove or disprove hypotheses that fuel Babylon’s growth
Taking charge and running quant brand tracking studies of Babylon’s market to assess the growth of the Babylon brand vs competitors
Being the voice of the consumer for the business by representing and defend consumer and GP needs
Establishing panels of Babylon customers and GPs to enable quick feedback on business opportunities
You’ll ensure all insights are stored and shared across the business to build a collective gut feel for what the consumer needs
We’re looking for
Experience in designing qual and quant studies gained through research consultancy or in-house training
Experience in running studies and acting as the main POC to any external research agencies
Knowledge of variety of testing methodologies and also brand dashboards
Creative testing, basic UX / UI / feature testing
Working at a lead level in Market Research
