Your role will be crucial to our marketing data strategy, and will be as much about establishing good and scalable marketing tracking processes within the organisation as it is about the tech of the role. It’s a great opportunity for a person with a good pre existing understanding of the technologies behind digital marketing to step up a level in terms of management at a hot and fast growing tech startup.
What will you do?
Work with Marketing teams to help manage and administer our suite of marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, AppsFlyer, App Store, Mail Chimp, split testing tools etc.)
Lead definition of marketing’s technical requirements (for conversion, url tagging and remarketing purposes) and turn those requirements into technical specs
Act as the interface between Marketing, Analytics and Engineering teams to help define and manage the ETL processes from our marketing platforms into our DataBase
Lead the building of Marketing reporting and definition of KPI
Work with BI Data Science team to optimize our Marketing strategy and drive continuous improvement
Lead prioritization and planning of marketing analytical work
2:1 or higher in numerical degree
2-3 years experience in a similar role
Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies at a technical level
Familiarity with tag management tools like GTM
Experience applying SQL in a business environment
Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau to present results of analysis to stakeholders
Self-starter who is capable of hitting the ground running
Natural team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues
Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and will contribute to ongoing organisational improvements
Between £55,000 and £80,000 in basic salary
