Service Technicians are part of our service teams and are solely responsible
for the effective and efficient day-to-day service operation ensuring customer
satisfaction on location. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering
an impeccable service experience to every Tesla customer while preparing our
Tesla vehicles. This role will be a hands-on technical role and you will also
be working at a local Service Center when needed. To deliver excellent service
to our customers at all times, we will track the Service vehicle.
It is your responsibility to exceed customers’
expectations. You will actively monitor customer service trends to make
necessary improvements, developing appropriate standards and processes to continuously
elevate the overall Mobile service experience
As a Mobile Service Technician, you must understand every
aspect of your Service centers performance. You will be responsible for driving
continuous improvements. We expect you to champion safety, efficiency, quality,
and overall excellence in all of your actions and decisions.
Technical acumen is required – you must develop a knowledge
of all Tesla products, as well as Service systems, processes, and procedures.
Execute basic work on a car and some non HV related work
without supervision, e.g.: External body components and keys, Interior
components, Maintenance, Charging related, Alerts, Accessories, Recalls/Bulletins,
Fluid replenishments, Door handles, Wiper blade replacements, Basic Diagnostics,
Prioritize safe work and follow all safety instructions and
Work with a collaborative attitude and team spirit
Self-manage technical expertise development
Follow all Tesla specified Repair Guidelines to the
accepted Quality levels
Support other Service centers on an as- needed basis
Develop and maintain your own individual development plan
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Perform equipment inspections and calibrations
Maintain records of time, expenses and materials
Around 3-4 years of Technician work experience in a related
technology (Aeronautics, Engines, Electrical, Automotive, Ships etc.)
And at least 1 year experience as a Tesla Service
Basic command of the English Language
Valid Driver’s license (this is required to be able to
drive customer vehicles in/out-side the SC)
A passion for Tesla and an above basic knowledge of the
company and its mission

Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and
materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicle including testing,
diagnosis, HVAC service, hydraulic, brakes, testing and repair of electronic
systems and modules
