A unique Operations Analytics Manager who will build the analytical and reporting infrastructure to enable us to track key performance indicators and trends across our clinical operations business as we scale. This is not your typical quantitative analyst role, but one that requires both operational horsepower as well as analytical ability. You must be able to both analyse data and execute on the projects to deliver against your findings.
You will work intimately with the clinical operations team and across multiple product and technical teams – this role will drive the processes and how they perform, in order to help us build the first digital general practice that can support millions of patients.
Your role is to:
Build reporting infrastructure and insights engine to power the Clinical Operations business
Solve key operational issues with data science and deep analytical insight
Manage a diverse range of operational projects and responsibilities from identification to implementation
Analyse and identify existing priority processes that need transforming / improvement, and implement on your findings
Help build the foundational data infrastructure and analytics platform to assist data-driven teams within operations and across the company
Work with development engineers and the Business Intelligence Team to help build a data platform that is optimised for its end users
Who fits this role:
Strong project management skills. The ability to prioritise and successfully drive a project from beginning to end.
Highly-advanced SQL coding and data manipulation skills- used SQL to extract data from Hive or other HQL databases
Proficient in Python or R coding platforms, with experience using either of these platforms in core analytical projects
Worked in startups, transformational business environments with warp-speed growth, strategy, operations & analytics
Experience building pricing models for dynamic marketplaces (i.e. for estimating relevant price ranges for company services within new or existing marketplaces whereby supply and demand are dynamic)
Experience in quality management and fraud-reduction models for the UK marketplace
Someone who takes initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and adopt a generalist do-what-it-takes mindset
Must have strong interpersonal skills and work in a non-hierarchical manner across multiple teams.
