You should be able source and engage the best in the industry and articulate why they should work at Babylon.
You will be sourcing and attracting the top talent for our business. You will support the teams activities in identifying and sourcing both passive and active candidates and you will learn how to become a business partner and advisor to our hiring managers, help shape roles, organise priorities, develop interview processes and advise on smart hiring strategies.
You should be passionate about using every and any sourcing method and tool available, be able to create and articulate compelling out reach communications and find creative methods to gain the attention of some of the industry’s most difficult to reach professionals.
What are we looking for ?
Current experience in-house as part of an RPO or direct hiring team in a resourcing role
Agency side – executive search experience in a researcher role
Research minded and can demonstrate market mapping capabilities
Proactive and a natural networker
Degree educated
Can demonstrate tools and sourcing strategies to engage with passive candidates
High work rate
High attention to detail
