Babylon Health is looking for Localisation Project Manager to be part of our Localisation team. We are looking for someone to be involved in making our services and product suitable for various regions and languages. As a senior localisation project manager, you will be involved in ensuring the translation of Babylon’s assets is managed appropriately, and you will be involved hands on with localising (translation, cultural appropriateness, etc.) our products into several regions and markets.
What you’ll be doing…
Manage translation & localisation projects from scoping requirements through to delivery.
Build relationships across the company with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Medical content etc) to deliver exceptional localised products.
Define, implement scalable processes and workflows to continuously improve the localisation and translation process.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to define and ensure localisation best practices are implemented and followed.
Work with client project managers to prioritise and identify issues which affect product quality and delivery.
Partner with vendors to ensure resourcing and processes are in place to deliver within expected timelines and to an exceptional standard.

What we would like from you.
5+ years experience in localisation, preferably as a project manager.
Knowledge and experience of end-to-end software localisation process.
Exceptional organisation, prioritisation skills and experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and experience working with remote teams.
Experience with localisation tooling and translation management systems.
Fluency in English and professional working knowledge of other languages where Babylon have a presence. South East Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
