Summary of the role:
Our delivery team is growing fast and we are looking for new team members to join this close knit team. You will primarily engage with customers, partners and prospects to manage the delivery of babylons award winning suite of technology products and services. You will assume responsibility for the management of customer requirements, and will liaise internally to produce and agree upon project plans and to follow through to successful execution.
Work with the Solutions Architect and Engineering leads to clarify customer requirements on design, delivery, customisation and alteration
Ensure project has a defined scope and that this scope is adhered to throughout the lifetime of the engagement
Create and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project and ensure documentation is standardised across projects
Manage resources across multiple projects, and ensuring these are tracked and reported on
Ensure customers are updated with all relevant details relating to their projects
Ensuring that all risks are captured, managed and escalated when necessary
Liaising with commercial to ensure the relationship between the customer and Babylon is managed successfully throughout the lifecycle of the project and that the customer has an excellent experience of our services
3 to 5 years experience in a technical consulting organisation or software company working within a delivery focused, customer facing role
Good knowledge of the software engineering lifecycle, and exposure to the delivery of software solution projects, especially in Agile environments
Some exposure to Machine Learning and AI preferable, but not essential
Experience in healthcare preferred, but not essential
Ability to liaise at all levels within the flow of the project and maintain constant communication with stakeholders, internal and third party offshore teams
