You will have experience helping hiring managers to define job descriptions, through to applying sophisticated sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
As a Boolean search recruiting ninja, your able to rapidly unearth talent and learn quickly to optimize your search techniques to find the right “fit” to a job brief.
For this role, you need to have previous experience recruiting for roles within a Product function.
Having direct experience independently managing an end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer-stage is critical for achieving success in this role.

Advanced Boolean search abilities on LinkedIn, Google X-Ray and other relevant social platforms
Direct experience of recruiting for Product roles
End-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing candidates through to managing offers)
Experience of utilizing networking events to source and identify potential candidates
Providing regular updates to hiring managers and troubleshooting sourcing challenges
Adapting to fast-paced environments and growing credibility quickly
Prioritizing multiple objectives and managing stakeholders to focus on key issues
Growing relationships with people and connecting with a high emotional intelligence
Conducting market mapping activities and deepening knowledge of key subject areas
