What do we want?
We’re seeking a Talent Coordinator to join our growing talent team. This person will play an integral part in ensuring that best practices are in place to provide an innovative, first class candidate experience and quality support to our wider talent team. We are currently endeavouring to streamline our interview process as it relates to creating a delightful, best-in-class experience for every candidate.
Build effective partnerships with the business and recruiters to support current and future requirements
Develop innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the talent team
Work with talent team on a range of tasks such as:
Coordinating phone, onsite and skype interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency.
Coordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses process.
Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date.
Meeting and greeting candidates who are onsite for interview.
Deliver a top notch recruiting experience for all candidates.
Perform administrative duties as required to support the talent team.

Experience in prioritising different functions and tasks while managing their work time.
Self-directed, detailed orientated problem solver with demonstrated experience and creativity in developing and improving processes.
Proven ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
Someone who has worked in an organisation with high engineering standards, undergoing a large tech scale up would be ideal – but not required.
