You should be able source and engage the best Software Engineers in the industry and articulate why they should work at Babylon.
You will be sourcing and attracting the top 2% of engineering talent. You will have the opportunity to act as a business partner and advisor to our hiring managers, help shape roles, organise priorities, develop interview processes and advise on smart hiring strategies.
You should be passionate about using every and any sourcing method and tool available, customise and articulate compelling reach outs and find interesting and creative methods to gain the attention of some of the industry’s most difficult to reach professionals.
Working with hiring managers to develop highly effective recruiting strategies
Building automated sourcing strategies to find the best Software Engineers using; but not limited to: X-Ray, advanced boolean, GitHub, Stackoverflow.
Organising meet-ups and hackathons, enabling Babylon to become a thought leader in the tech community.
Creating new and innovative channels to attract quality candidates
Improving our sourcing methods and processes based on data-driven decision-making
Reporting regular performance metrics to assess sourcing success
An interest or knowledge of recruiting skillsets around AI, neural networks, graph theory, bayesian networks.
You have a network with some *great* engineers – and know what qualities great engineers possess.
You’re passionate about Technology, and can speak to engineers in their own language.
You can source using something other than LinkedIn
You will have robust intellectual horsepower and wide intellectual curiosity.
You should have an analytical mindset, and you are able to make data-driven recruitment strategy decisions.
You have great communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and you’re able to build strong mutually rewarding, reciprocal relationships (with a range of people).
You’re incredibly detail oriented; able to prioritise amongst multiple functions, and manage time efficiently.
